Arm / Upper Body Exercise (Standing Pull-Ups): Stand straight with both feet flat on the pedals. Grip the handle firmly with both hands and pull upward toward your chest, bending your elbows to engage your biceps and shoulders.
Leg / Thigh Exercise (Supine Leg Presses): Lie flat on your back on a mat with your feet in the pedals and knees bent toward your chest. Push your legs outward against the resistance until your legs are fully extended, then slowly return to the starting position.
