Detailed Product Breakdown
Guided Ergonomics for Perfect Form
Traditional sit-ups often cause unnecessary tension in the neck and lower back. The integrated headrest and curved arch design guide your motion naturally, ensuring maximum muscle contraction in your abs rather than strain in your posture.
Lightweight Strength for On-the-Go Fitness
At just 6 lbs, this trainer gives you total freedom. Keep it under your desk for daily office workout breaks or carry it out to the patio for outdoor training. Its rigid steel tube construction holds firm through every workout without adding bulky weight.
Full Upper-Body Fitness Tool
More than just a crunch machine—flip the trainer around or shift your grip to execute assisted push-ups, oblique twists, and reverse crunches for a complete core and upper-body routine.
